I am thrilled to be quoted the New York Times today, in It's Botox for You, Dear Bridesmaids by Abby Ellin. I was asked to weigh in on the Bridal Botox Party trend and report what I have seen in the field over recent time.Inquiries have certainly been up in the last year for brides requesting Botox or Restylane as part of their spa party services or as a stand alone service.
However, just to clarify - please note that even though this is a hot trend and we receive requests for such services - Spa Chicks On The Go does not offer injectables on our list of spa party/event services. My advice to those looking to receive Botox before their big day "KNOW BEFORE YOU BO" and to go to a reputable, board certified doctor in a private office or medi-spa setting to receive a one-on-one consultation and treatment plan.
